In the latest chapter of Bethenny Frankel’s divorce dramz with Jason Hoppy, their daughter is caught in the middle.
Exactly what we didn't want to see happen!
While already fighting for primary custody, they are now arguing over Bryn traveling to Australia.
You see, the former Real Housewives star has a business trip to the land down under coming up and wants her little girl by her side, but of course, Jason doesn’t fancy the idea.
And now this mini battle is making the big battle so much worse as a source revealed:

“He doesn’t think it’s good for their little girl to travel half way around the world with her mom on a business trip … It’s causing nothing but more stress to the divorce proceedings, which have turned extremely hostile. Bethenny’s lawyers are considering going to court to see if they can get a judge to sign off on her taking Bryn to Australia.”

Whoa! Bringing in the legal teams already?!
Fighting this early on is definitely a sign the split is going to get downright dirty and nasty.
And it sounds like this little issue really is gearing the Skinnygirl up for the war to come as the source added:

“Jason didn’t oppose Bethenny taking Bryn to Aspen during the Christmas holiday, but after that trip things went downhill quickly. Bethenny told Jason about her plans to take Bryn to Australia, and he immediately voiced his disapproval … and this is the reason why she wants sole custody. She doesn’t want a battle every time she goes on a trip.”

We hope Jason is ready!
And we really hope these two can eventually see that it’s best if they are both in Bryn’s life as much as possible.

Things are escalating in Bethenny Ever After-ville. The 42-year-old reality star filed for divorce from husband Jason Hoppy on January 5 and moved out of their Tribeca apartment two weeks later.

Now Hoppy is responding in kind. TMZ reports that the businessman has filed his own response to Frankel's divorce papers, asking for primary custody over their 2-year-old daughter, Bryn, and child support from the Skinnygirl founder. In her divorce papers, Frankel had also requested primary custody over their child and for child support. Both are also asking for possession over their Tribeca home, which reportedly cost a cool $5 million.

Frankel and Hoppy were married for nearly three years; their sometimes-tumultuous relationship was aired to the public on the hit Bravo show "Bethenny Ever After."

There are some phrases that you should never, ever say to any partners, past or present - and "you're just like your mother" has got to be near the top of the list. However, it sounds like no-one has shared this information with Real Housewives' Jason Hoppy.

According to an insider who spoke to RadarOnline, Bethenny Frankel's almost ex told the TV star that if she isn't careful, daughter Bryn "could grow up to despise her, just like Bethenny does with her own mother!"

The insider added "There's no doubt it really hit a hot spot, Bethenny was hysterically yelling at Jason saing he hit below the belt."

It sounds like an intense war of words - the source said that despite attempts to keep things civil, "Jason and Bethenny have been arguing incessantly and the divorce is definitely turning nasty."

It is thought that Bethenny's mother, Bernadette Burke "is a trigger for [Bethenny] emotionally - she is always saying that she doesn't want to end up like her and she views her with nothing but absolute disdain."

It sounds like the divorce is getting intense - we hope the pair of them can stay pals, for Bryn's sake.
